Gallstones may cause no signs or symptoms. If a gallstone lodges in a duct and causes a blockage, the resulting signs and symptoms may include:

  • Sudden and rapidly intensifying pain in the upper right portion of your abdomen.
  • Sudden and rapidly intensifying pain in the center of your abdomen, just below your breastbone
  • Back pain between your shoulder blades
  • Pain in your right shoulder

 

Gallstone pain may last several minutes to a few hours.

The outcome was measured using ECG and a neuropsychological assessment called “Test of Variables of Attention” (TOVA). A 33% improvement was observed.
This dramatic improvement is attributed to the high concentration of sesquiterpenes in cedarwood essential oil. Sesquiterpenes improve oxygenation of brain cells.

Why does the ear go into an infection when u clean it with an earbud?? Can u see the yellow material (wax) in the canal, it gets pushed to the eardrum n then the middle ear causing obstruction & inflammation. EAR WAX (Cerumen) has a purpose, it is to keep the ear healthy by trapping dust and dirt so that it doesn’t travel deeper!!
A simple way of cleaning the ear is to add a drop of glycerin or mineral oil, it will melt the wax and ease if feeling obstructed, tilt ur ear facing the floor and with dropper clean ear wth warm water. Post that pat dry ear!

SEBACEOUS CYST!! Sebaceous cysts are common noncancerous cysts of the skin. Cysts are abnormalities in the body that may contain liquid or semiliquid material.
Sebaceous cysts are mostly found on the face, neck, or torso. They grow slowly and aren’t life-threatening, but they may become uncomfortable if they go unchecked.
Doctors usually diagnose a cyst with only a physical examination and a medical history.
In some cases, a cyst will be examined more thoroughly for signs of cancer.
These dome-shaped cysts can be pea-sized or grow to a few inches or larger. They grow very slowly, and they’re not painful. If you touch them, you should be able to move them around. They often have a central small black dot, or punctum, through which sebum accumulates.
